Wild and domestic animals There are two kinds of different animals: ·           Wild animals : are those animals which live in the wild, in nature and they survive by their own means, hunting, fishing or eating vegetables. These animals lives in the jungle, on the forest or in the savanna. In the zoo we can see a lot of wild animals. Some examples of wild animals are:   Domestic animals : are those which live near the people, some of them live in farms, homes or pens. This animals depends on a human for food, water and shelter. Some of this animals provided us milk, meat, eggs and other useful food. Some examples of domestic animals are:   ➲ QU ESTIONS: -        If you could have a wild animals as a pet, which would you choose? -        Are there some animals which are wild and domestic at the same time? -        Watch this video and say which are wild animals and which ones are domestic animals.

What do you know about animals? First ... let's see this video !! Animals according to their body cover (feathers, hairs, scales, skin) The animals in general are characterized by presenting 4 body covers:     1. Scales: this type of body cover has fish and reptiles. The origin of scales in vertebrates is found in fish, which have scales covering almost the entire skin, and are easily detached. 2. Hairs: this type of body cover has mammals. The hair (and the hair layer, called fur) is an exclusive feature of mammals.  3. Feathers: this type of body cover is characteristic of birds. The feathers are the distinctive feature of the birds, really the only one that they do not share with any other group of animals. 4. Naked skin: amphibians have bare skin, which is why they should always be near tributaries of water. Their skin is very unprotected, which is why they have cutaneous glands that moisten i
